JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) – Charges are pending against an Enderlin man who led a law officer on a chase over the weekend and then crashed into a farm building south of Jamestown.
Authorities say the 20-year-old man fled from a Highway Patrol trooper about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, eventually driving into a
farmyard, over some trees and through the wall of a garage.
The driver and a 20-year-old passenger fled on foot. The
passenger later returned to the scene and was cited for being a
minor in possession of alcohol. Authorities say the driver later
admitted to being behind the wheel.
