Oklahoma City (KCSi-T.V. sports May 11, 2013) — The Jamestown College Jimmie Baseball season ended Saturday with a loss in the NAIA National Baseball Tournament to 2nd ranked, Oklahoma City University, by a score of 4-0, in the loser out contest.
In the shutout, Jamestown was limited to just two hits.
Earlier in th tournamnent, the Jimmies defeated number two Oklahoma City (49-12) on Thursday, Jamestown’s first victory over a top five team.
They also beat Northwestern (31-20) of Iowa on Thursday in 14-innings.
On Friday the Jimmies loss to Sterling College of Kansas 13-3, in the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round.
The Jimmies, finish the season at 30-11.
