Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Fire Department was called about 2:10-pm to St. John’s Lutheran Church, on First Avenue South in Jamestown.
City Fire Lt. Sheldon Mohr says, a malfunction in the air handling unit in the lower level caused smoke throughout the church, which was extracted by the fire department. Damage was reported to the air handling unit.
No injuries were reported.
Three city fire units, and nine firefighters were on the scene 45 minutes.
