Cooperstown   (NDHP)   The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports that on  August 29, Law Enforcement was called to a farm accident west of Cooperstown around 10:10 A.M.

The report by  Sgt. Evan Savageau says 32 year old Ryan Hoverson,  of West Fargo, and another male were working on a fence when a tractor malfunctioned. The parking brake malfunctioned causing the tractor to run over Hoverson.

Hoverson was transported by Sanford Airmed to Sanford Hospital in Fargo to be treated for his injuries sustained in the incident.
