LaMoure  (NDHP)  The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports that about 3:44-p.m. Monday, a 2014 Ford Pickup, driven by 54 year old Timothy Anvik, of  Forman was traveling south on ND Highway 1 and attempted to turn left on ND Highway 27 traveling towards Lisbon.

Anvik did not yield to a 2017 Kia SUV, driven by 53 year old Debra Russell, of Kensal that was traveling northbound on ND Highway 1. The front of the Ford struck the front of the Kia at an unknown speed. Both vehicles became disabled in the intersection.

Debra Russel and Daven Russel of Jamestown,(front passenger of Kia SUV) were transported to the Lisbon Hospital. 65 year old Jeffery Erling of Kensal (rear seat passenger of the Kia) was transported to the Oakes Hospital. All occupants of the Kia SUV were treated for nonlife-threatening injuries. Timothy Anvik was not injured in the crash. Anvik was cited for failure to yield to oncoming traffic.
