Keithbook1Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — The newest addition to Arcadia Publishing’s “Images of America,” series is JAMESTOWN.

On Thursday’s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable two, Keith Norman, who co-authored the book along with Tom Domek and Journe Domek, said the book contains more than 200 images, chronicling the growth and change in the area.

In addition to the historical photos, “Images of America: Jamestown,” features a wide assortment of local characters including….Anton Klaus ‘The father of Jamestown,’ Peggy Lee, and Louis L’Amour.

Norman said the photos were obtained from various sources, including from private individuals, the National Buffalo Museum, the Stutsman County Memorial Museum and other historical archives.

Tom Domek, originally from Marion, North Dakota, has authored five other books including “Images of America: Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and Keystone.

Keith Norman is the author of eight books including the “Great Stories of the Great Plains,” series, and “Great People of the Great Plains,” with those books still available to purchase at the National Buffalo Museum in Jamestown.

“Images of America, Jamestown,” is a 128 page soft-cover book with over 200 images, and is sold at a cost of $24.99.
