Valley City  (NDHP)  The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a one vehicle rollover crash Sat March 20 about 6:13-p.m. at 119th Ave SE, ½ mile south of 36th ST SE (2 miles south of Valley City) injured a Valley City man.

A 2005 Ford Expedition driven by 58 year old Frankie Coniglio, of Valley City, was traveling northbound on 119th Ave SE. The Ford lost control on the gravel roadway and then left the roadway. The Ford entered the west ditch and rolled. The vehicle came to rest on the driver side.  He was removed from the vehicle by rescue.  Coniglio was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.

He was wearing a seat belt.  He was charged with DUI.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
