High Risk Sex Offender Arrested For Giving False Information

Valley City, ND (KCSi-T.V. News (Jul 9, 2013) –Valley City police has arrested a convicted sex offender after he provide police with false information about his living address on Monday.

Earlier this week Valley City Police informed the public of the registered high risk sex offender living in the city,

Allan Joseph Cook who registered with police was reported as residing at 305 4th Street Southeast in Valley City.

Cook was convicted in February of 2002 of two Class “C” Felony counts of sexual assault. The incidents involved two 15-year-old girls, in separate incidents.
