Valley City  (CSi)  The Valley City Hi-Liners Boosters Club invites the community to the Tailgate Party Friday September 3 from 5-p.m., to 7-p.m., before the home opener at Hanna Field, versus Devils Lake.

There will be food, with a free will offering accepted, and an opportunity to join the booster club.
