Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Jul 26, 2013) — Titan Machinery’s newly constructed building, west of Jamestown could have its opening delayed while the business awaits approval of an occupancy permit.
Without the permit it’s illegal for the public or employees to enter the building.
Jamestown City Attorney, Ken Dalsted, says the concern pertians to fire protection for the building.
Stutsman Rural Water says until they get a new water tower, they don’t have enough water pressure or volume to protect the new building.
At this time, Dalsted says next Tuesday’s grand opening is still up in the air.
