Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Jul 26, 2013) — Jamestown Police report a man was injured Friday about 3-p.m., when his motorcycle collided with a car on Business Loop West.
The motorcyclist, 49 year old Aaron Nogosek, of Buchanan was driving down Mill Hill on Business Loop West in front of Don Wilhelm’s when a vehicle in the center turning lane of Business Loop West turned left in front him.
The car was operated by 75 year old Maren Daniels, of Carrington. Nogosek was taken to Jamestown Regional Medical Center, by Jamestown Area Ambulance Service.
Daniels was cited for failed to yield while making a left turn.
Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Jul 28, 2013) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a 47 year old Jamestown man died Sunday shortly after 7-p.m. after a motorcycle crash on County Road 40 three miles east of Jamestown.
Sgt Joshua Rude says the driver was westbound en route to Jamestown from Spiritwood riding a 2009 Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
The driver failed to make the curve turning south and ran off the roadway into the west ditch. Once in the ditch the motorcycle rolled and the driver was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver was transported by Jamestown Area Ambulance Service to Jamestown Regional Medical Center where he died as a result of his injuries.
Alcohol is believed to be involved, and no helmet was worn. The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office assisted. The crash, remains under investigation.
Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Jul 26, 2013) — A 49 year old Moorhead man was injured Friday about 2-p.m. when his vehicle went off the road on I- 94 near the Spiritwood Exit.
The vehicle was eastbound when it went out of control around mile marker 269.
The vehicle went off the road and tipped to its side but didn’t roll over.
The Jamestown Fire Department was called to help with extraction.
The driver was transported by ambulance to Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
The accident remains under investigation.
