Valley City  (VCPD)   Valley City Police is investigating a reported car stolen Weds Nov 17, around 2:30 in Valley City,

The car  is a white 2012 Dodge Avenger, with North Dakota license plate, 843-BVP, that has a  Michigan Wolverines border around the North Dakota License plate.

Valley City Police Chief Phil Hatcher asks anyone seeing this vehicle to  call the Police Department at 701- 845-3110.
