Jud, ND (KCSi- T.V. News) — Authorities report a rollover accident, on July 25, 2013, involving a side-by-side all-terrain vehicle on private property claimed the life of a 31 year old Jud, man.

LaMoure County sheriff, Bob Fernandes says the accident occurred just after noon south of Jud.

The 60-year-old driver received possible head injuries and was transported by air ambulance from the scene.

The names of those involved have not been released.

First responders were from Jud assisted by the Kulm Ambulance.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol investigated the accident.
