Sunday Update: Jamestown (CSi) The 44th Annual 2023 Runnin O’ The Green fundraiser in Jamestown on March 18 had 100 Runners.Larry Knoblich along with the Jamestown Elks Club reorganized this year’s event. Larry says the 100 runners is far less when compared to an average of thousands. This year the extreme cold and Interstates being closed limited the crowds.
He says as of Sunday, $28,000 has been raised. He added that each year the money raised goes to Jamestown…and area… cancer patients, and for the Elks Camp Grassick.
Larry will have more dollar amounts and the final totals when all pubs have reported.
Previously Reported: The 44th Annual of the Runnin’ of the Green will be held Saturday March 18, starting at the Frontier Fort in SW Jamestown, ND. The charity event benefits Elks Camp Grassick and area cancer patients. A Marathon of past runs will air on CSi TV 10 – The Replay Channel in the week before the Run.

Run begins at 2PM on Saturday, March 18th, 2023 with “flights” from the starting line at the Frontier Fort with a strong finish at Shady’s Bar & Lounge, Gladstone Inn!

From Facebook: It’s time to pre-register for the 44th Annual Runnin O’the Green!! Registration forms must be post marked no later than March 10th, 2023 or dropped off at the Elks!
All pre-registration t-shirts will be available for pick up at the Elks Lodge Friday March 17th, 2023 or the day of at the Frontier Fort. You may make arrangements for early pick up of t-shirts with Megan at Wildside Creations, please do so within a timely matter.
