ndhpLaMoure, ND (KCSi-T.V. News)  — A Fullerton, N.D., teen died following an early morning crash Saturday (Aug 17, 2013) near LaMoure.

The  North Dakota Highway Patrol, reports, 18 year old  Micah Wagner,  was driving a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 about 2 1/2 miles south of LaMoure when the crash happened at 7:30 a.m.

The patrol says Wagner lost control of the vehicle on a gravel road. The vehicle went into the east ditch, through a barbed wire fence, into a pasture and overturned. Three of the five people in the vehicle were ejected.

None of the occupants was wearing a seat belt.

All five were injured and transported to Oakes Medical Center, where Wagner died.

The others in the vehicle were 21 year old Dylan Eull, of Verona, 18 year old Daniel Haugen, of LaMoure;  and 15 year old Madeline Haakenson, of  Dickey, and 14 year old Caitlin Miedema, of Litchville.

Also responding to the crash were the LaMoure County Sheriff’s Office and LaMoure County Fire and Ambulance.

The Highway  Patrol continues with the  investigating.
