Valley City (NDHP) Shortly after 9 am on Thursday, the North Dakota Highway Patrol responded around 9 am on Thursday,to a rollover accident on I-94, 15 miles west of Valley City.

The report says, a Ford Ranger driven by a 65-year-old Bismarck man was traveling westbound on I-94. The driver lost control and over-corrected entering the north ditch., and overturning comming to rest in the north ditch on its wheels.

The driver was transported by Barnes County Ambulance to CHI Mercy Hospital in Valley City for treatment of injuries.

The road surface had patchy frost and ice at the time of the accident.

The crash remainsis under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
