Jamestown (Arts Center) Welcome, Basil to our Art Center Classroom. Basil (Travis Wong & Eddy Yuja) will be teaching you about the 2000-year tradition of making pasta. Everything is made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. You will leave class with not only the recipe but with samples and techniques that will help you develop an eye and feel for making pasta.

After class, we will leave you with a really nice tomato sauce recipe along with the recipe for the pasta dough.
