News Sept 14, 2013)  — With the Jamestown sanitary sewer project, Interstate Enginering reports that 3rd Street SE, from 9th Avenue SE to 12th Avenue SE, is open to traffic.   Temporary surfacing is in place.   Drivers should be aware that traffic has been moved to the north side of the street in this area.

In addition, 12th Avenue SE is open to traffic from 3rd Street SE to 5th Street SE.
