Cleveland, ND (KFGO) – The Highway Patrol has released the name of a Medina, North Dakota woman who died in a crash in Stutsman County Thursday afternoon. The Highway Patrol said Debra Moore, 64, died after her pickup became submerged in a large slough seven miles south of Cleveland around 3 p.m.

Cleveland, ND (CSi) The ND Highway Patrol and Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office received a report a vehicle that had entered a large slough 7 miles South of Cleveland.
A State Trooper arrived on scene and determined a vehicle had left the roadway and entered the slough. The Stutsman County Dive Rescue Team arrived on scene and entered the water.
A 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 was located fully submerged in the slough. Dive Rescue and First Responders were able to retrieve the body of a 64-year-old Medina women from the pickup. First responders performed life saving efforts, but the female was pronounced deceased on scene.
The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Release of ID pending.
