Eddy County NDHP – An Air Tractor Agriculture plane was spraying a sunflower field on the east side of The pilot, Lawrence Polries, was flying west after spraying a pass when he hit an electrical wire with his tail fin. Polries lost control and crashed in the corn field on the west side of 281 north of12th St SE. Polries died on scene.
The crash is under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

CSi – The ND Highway Patrol said a 63yr old male from Jamestown, ND died in a plane crash Tuesday. Eddy County Sheriff’s Department had confirmed to CSiNewsNow.com that a crop-duster plane clipped a powerline and went down approximately 6 miles south of New Rockford. The identity of the pilot is not being released at this time.
