Valley City, ND  (KCSi-T.V. News)   —  Valley City High School Homecoming Week was September 23-28.    Video of parade as seen by the CSi Downtown WebCAM – no parade audio. 


Friday’s Homecoming festivities included a parade down Central Avenue and the Homecoming football game at Hanna Field.
