Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Sept 17, 2013) — The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) has announced that Stutsman County has been accepted as one of ten counties nationwide to participate in the ACT Community Work Ready county pilot program.
The Stutsman County ACT team consists of:
Holly Miller, Marketing/ Workforce Developer Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation.
Becky Thatcher-Keller- Small Business Development Consultant, South Central Dakota Regional Council.
Bill Lytle-Controller, RTS Shearing.
DeAnn Brunner, JSDC Business Developer.
Dustin Bakken, Director of Tax Equalization, Stutsman County.
John Lynch, Director of James Valley Career & Tech Center, Jamestown Public Schools.
Kelly Bossert, Customer Service Office Manager, ND Job Service.
Lisa Hicks, Communications Direct, Chamber of Commerce.
Robin Gumke, Director of Human Resources, Eventide at Hi-Acres Manor.
Tena Lawrence, VP of Marketing, University of Jamestown.
The first academy training will be held in Atlanta, Georgia October 22nd and 23rd. There will be four training academies during the first year, and implementation of the program after the statewide program kick-off.
