Friday marks the 67th all-time meeting between North Dakota and Minnesota State, with UND holding a 39-19-8 advantage in the series.

This marks the first meeting between the two sides since Oct. 2019 in Mankato, when the teams played to a 4-4 tie on Friday followed by a 2-1 win for the Mavs in the finale.

While UND owns the overall series, Minnesota State has had some recent success in the last few meetings, owning a 3-1-1 mark since the teams left the same conference.
