NDHP – On August 11th at 5:30 pm the driver Kenneth B. Lauinger a 60-year-old male of Milnor, was riding the Artic Cat 4-wheeler southbound on 138th Ave when he lost control and left the roadway into the east ditch. The 4-wheeler overturned in the ditch coming to rest facing north on top of Lauinger. Lauinger died on scene from his injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
