Valley City, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Sept 30, 2013) — The Valley City Public Schools Board of Education and Valley City Education Association Impasse Hearing, with the Fact Finding Commission of the state of North Dakota will be on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 7-p.m., at Jefferson Elementary School’s Gymnasium. The public is welcome to attend and encouraged to provide comments at a specified time during the hearing.
