Aloyth “Lollie” Mae Bieri, 90, of Jamestown, ND, died Sunday, November 3, 2024 at St.

Raphael’s Health Care Center in Valley City, ND. Lollie was born May 8, 1934 in Mott, ND, the

daughter of Milon and Stella (Hegge) Austin. Lollie grew up and received an education in Mott,

ND. She would go on to attend business college in Fargo, ND. While living in Fargo, Lollie met

Russel Bieri. They married on June 17, 1956 in Mott, ND. They would be blessed with four children. In June of 1961, Lollie and Russel made their home in Jamestown, ND. It is here that Russel made his career at Southwood Veterinary Clinic. Lollie often helped in the clinic office.   

Throughout her life, Lollie enjoyed several hobbies. They included gardening, bowling, golfing, fishing, quilting, painting ceramics, and playing cards. One of her favorite activities was enjoying coffee with friends. In addition, Lollie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, belonged to the Red Hat’s Society, Bridge Club, and served as a 4-H leader for many years.

Lollie is survived by her four children, Jody Bieri of Mandan, ND, Julie (Keith) Grizzle of Marshfield, MO, Scot (Gari Jo) Bieri of Cloquet, MN, and Daron (Jolyn) Bieri of Jamestown, ND. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Katie, Meghan, Avery, Rand, Austin, Phoebe, and Sydney; eight great-grandchildren, Christian, Lucas, Caleb, Thomas, Violet, Riley, Aubrey, and Allie. She was preceded in death by her husband Russel; parents Milon and Stella Austin; her two brothers, James Austin and Merlin Austin; sister-in-law Beverly Austin, and nephew Eric Austin.

Funeral Service – 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2024 at Eddy Funeral Home with Pastor Susan Haukaas officiating.

Burial – Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown.
