Chamber – January Customer Service is Awarded to Owen Martin, of Spirits Bar & Grill, for his outstanding customer service presented by the members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations. Nominations for the award are received by the public.

Their nomination letter said:

“We went to Spirits for my son’s 15th birthday, and Owen was our server. When he heard it was my son’s birthday, he joked about him paying the bill since he’s old enough to drive. He even brought an application to the table and joked about hiring him as a dishwasher. Owen’s humor and ability to engage with a teenager gave us all a good laugh and made the night memorable!”
