A Volvo, pulling an empty enclosed trailer, was eastbound in the left lane of I94 at mile marker. A Chrysler was also eastbound and attempted to change lanes in front of the Volvo. The
Chrysler struck the Volvo, entered the median and rolled. All occupants of the Chrysler were
transported to Jamestown Regional Medical Center by Jamestown Ambulance. Passenger 1
was later flown to Sanford Hospital in Fargo by Sanford AirMed. The driver of the Volvo was
not injured. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Passenger 1 in the Chrysler died on January 31, 2025 due to injuries from this crash.
