JPD – The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.

32 years of age, Darius Dimohn Pool, lives at 428 1/2 2 ST SW Jamestown ND, 58401.

Pool is black, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, and has Hazel eyes and Blonde or Strawberry hair.

Mr. Pool has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

Offense: Indecent Exposure-Expose. Pool exposed his genitals to a 35-year-old female in a car while fondling himself.

Conviction Date: 07/01/2024 in Burleigh County District Court.

Disposition:  360 days; serve 3 days; 3 days credit; 18 months supervised probation.

Offense: Indecent Exposure-Expose 7 counts. Pool exposed his genitals to multiple people in a park while masturbating.

Conviction Date: 03/19/2024 in Williams County District Court.

Disposition: 360 days; serve 210 days; 194 days credit; 1 year unsupervised probation.

Offense: Indecent Exposure-Masturbate. Pool exposed his genitals multiple people in a park while masturbating.

Conviction Date: 07/01/2024 in Williams County District Court.

Disposition: 360 days; serve 210 days; 194 days credit; 1 year unsupervised probation

Pool is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.  This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.  Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
