Jamestown, ND – Jamestown Parks and Recreation (JPRD) is excited to announce the hiring of Kelsey Hoium-Johnson as the new Programs and Special Events Manager. In this role, Kelsey will oversee the development, management, and coordination of youth and adult recreation programs, activities, and special events, ensuring engaging and high-quality experiences for the Jamestown community.

Kelsey will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing existing programs, securing sponsorships, and overseeing efforts to increase participation and community engagement.

Kelsey will work closely with the JPRD Board of Commissioners, staff, and community partners to expand recreational opportunities and create new, exciting events for all ages. She will also be actively involved in promoting JPRD’s mission and ensuring a positive guest experience for all participants.
