If you used to receive a Green Postcard Bill for CSi Services, your bill for May, and going forward, changed to an Envelope Statement (with return envelope included). June Statements should start arriving in your mail box May 20 – 21.

June bills are due June 1st and considered past due on the 10th.

Ways to Pay:

  1. Use the included return envelope to mail to CSi.
  2. Drop box located at 308 2nd St SW Jamestown in east parking lot
  3. Drop box located at 355 2nd St NE Valley City
  4. Pay in person inside Historic Franklin School, 308 2 St SW Jamestown
  5. Pay by Phone with credit card, call 701-252-2225, or 845-4383
  6. Direct Pay: from your bank: Have mthly CSi bill taken out of your checking or savings account on 5th of month.  Call CSi to have a form sent to you to sign up , or go to Direct Pay at CSiCable.com to print out form. Fill out & mail to CSi with copy of voided check. Call for detail
