The Barnes County Historical Society will host a Pancake Feed and Fundraiser on Sunday, January 19, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Valley City Eagles Club Riverside Room.

The all-you-can-eat meal will feature fresh-off-the-griddle Swedish pancakes and hotcakes, sausage, a variety of toppings including local homemade boxelder syrup, along with bottomless coffee and water. The event is family-friendly, and all are welcome to attend.

Proceeds from the pancake feed will benefit the local museum and support preservation efforts within the community.

The evening will also celebrate Valley City’s World War II Heritage City designation. Guests can view WWII displays, browse items from the TimePiece Gift Shop, and take photos with the giant replica WWII signage that can be seen along local city byways.
