Marcyne (Marcy) Kramer passed away January 24, 2026, at the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

Marcyne Mae Meidinger was born on August 19, 1949. She grew up on a farm outside of Lehr, ND.

Marcy enjoyed being outdoors, specifically camping and fishing, and peaceful quiet days in her backyard gardening. There was not a weekend that the family was not out camping. She enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren when they were little. She was very crafty and loved to bargain hunt for the gems at secondhand stores and give them a new life. She would build her own furniture and enjoyed decorating her home. She was quite the county dancer and had quite a few spins on the dance floor.

On June 20,1966 she married Richard Kramer with whom she had 3 children: Stacy, Troy and Ricky. Once they were married, they moved to Oregon but came back to North Dakota in 1972. Later in life she met Fred Baumgartner, who had a special place in her heart. They had many adventures camping, fishing, hunting and, yes, a few more spins on the dance floor. Marcy worked various jobs in Jamestown including JCPenney’s, Kmart, Manager of the Thrift Store, and later she started her Dust Bubbies Cleaning Business before retiring.

Our mother will be missed and a reminder to always tell your family you love them.

Marcy is survived by her ex-husband Richard Kramer, daughter Stacy Ova, and 2 sons Troy Kramer and Ricky Kramer. Grandchildren Joshua (Crystal) Ova, Josie Ova, Sandy, Chantel, Great Grandchildren Asher, Isabella, Oliver, and Ashlynn.

She was preceded in death by her parents Agnes and Art Meidinger, and her brother, Dallas Meidinger.

No services will be scheduled.
