The Jamestown Patriotic Council is inviting the community to come together for a meaningful afternoon of food, fellowship, and support for local veterans.

A “Chicken and Fixins” free will luncheon fundraiser will be held on Sunday, March 29, beginning at noon at the All Vets Club. Proceeds from the event will benefit the North Dakota-Minnesota Honor Flight Program, which provides veterans with the opportunity to visit memorials dedicated to their service in Washington, D.C.

Following the luncheon, attendees can enjoy family bingo and raffles, making it an event designed for all ages. Organizers encourage residents from across the community to attend, whether to support the cause, spend time with family, or simply enjoy a warm meal.

The fundraiser is being held in honor of Vietnam-era veterans, recognizing their service and sacrifice as the nation marks the end of the Vietnam War in 1975. Events like this not only raise funds but also help ensure that the contributions of these veterans are remembered and appreciated.

Organizers note that the All Vets Club will close following the conclusion of bingo.

For more information about the event, community members can call 701-252-8994.

All are welcome to attend this special gathering that combines community spirit with a mission to give back to those who served.
