The Buffalo City Memory Cafe is providing a welcoming space for individuals living with memory loss, along with their caregivers, family members, and friends.

Held monthly at the James River Senior Center, the Memory Cafe creates an environment focused on connection, learning, and support. Attendees can expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where they can share experiences, gain helpful information, and build relationships with others facing similar challenges.

Meetings take place every third Thursday of the month from 1:00 to 2:30 pm., making it easy for participants to plan ahead and attend regularly.

Organizers emphasize that no one has to navigate memory loss alone. The Memory Cafe is designed to be a safe and encouraging space where both individuals and their support networks can feel understood and supported.

There is no need to RSVP, and the event is open to anyone interested in attending.
