Jamestown ND – The 2026 Stutsman County 4-H Clothing Revue Contest was held April 26 at Edgewood Living Center, featuring entries in three categories and highlighting the creativity and skills of local youth.
No participants competed in the Sew & Show category this year.
In the Buy & Show division, Payson Lueck was named Junior Grand Champion. Leah Hetletvedt earned Senior Grand Champion honors with a long white dress featuring black polka dots, while Logan Kolschefsky was selected as Senior Reserve Champion, wearing a striking all-black suit.
The Decorate Your Duds category showcased a variety of imaginative designs. Kennedy Schlecht received Junior Grand Champion honors for her handmade MPB Thunder jeans and sweatshirt. Eli Lee was named Junior Reserve Champion with his hand-painted Jack Skellington T-shirt.
In the senior division, Cadence Gordon was named Grand Champion for her hand-painted gray sweatshirt featuring a dinosaur design. Markell Lueck earned Reserve Champion honors for her jeans decorated with dog-inspired images.
A total of 11 participants took part in this year’s event, demonstrating strong effort and creativity. Organizers noted that the event was enjoyable for all involved.
Judges for the contest were Kathryn Hetletvedt and Brenda Jarski-Weber. They were assisted by Tom Hetletvedt, Martha Bjorgaard and Sandy Sodawasser.
