The Great American 4th of July Kiddies Bike Parade will return to downtown Jamestown on Saturday, July 4, starting at 10 a.m. on First Avenue. Lineup begins at 9:30 a.m. near Babb’s Coffee House at 1st Street East. The parade is open to children 12 and younger, with parents welcome to join. Helmets are requested, and motorized vehicles are not allowed. The parade will continue down First Avenue, followed by awards and family activities at the Sertoma picnic shelter in McElroy Park. Past activities have included prizes for the best decorated bikes, drawings for bikes, and free root beer floats. The event is sponsored by the Jamestown Main Street Downtown Association in partnership with the Sertoma Club, Dairy Queen, and the All Vets Club.
