Jamestown Parks and Recreation is inviting the community to celebrate National Parks & Recreation Month with Party in the Park on Saturday, July 11, at Nickeus Park.

The free community event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and promises a full day of family-friendly activities designed for all ages. Whether you’re looking for friendly competition, entertainment, or hands-on fun, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Activities throughout the day include races, games, family challenges, live entertainment, interactive activities, food, and much more. From the youngest park visitors to the young at heart, Party in the Park is designed to bring the community together for a day of outdoor fun and celebration.

Organizers encourage families to mark their calendars and spend the day enjoying one of Jamestown’s favorite summer events while celebrating the important role parks and recreation play in the community.

Party in the Park will be held Saturday, July 11, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Nickeus Park.
