Cory Glen Anderson peacefully passed away with his sisters and brothers-in-law by his side on Friday July 24, 2026, at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Cory was born with his twin sister Cara on February 17, 1962, to Donna (Morgen) and Glen Anderson at Mercy Hospital in Valley City, ND.

Cory has lived many places but has called Valley City home for many years. He was a 1st Lieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol where he really enjoyed his work. Before becoming disabled in a work accident, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and working on his vehicles and helping his friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Glen; his sister, Cara Kamstra; his mother, Donna Jantzen; and his step-father, Willard Jantzen. He is survived by his older sister, Dawn (Mike) Holm and younger sister, Gaye (Scott) Undem and several nephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be held in the Lerud Mathias Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10:30 AM. He will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery, Valley City.
