Board member, and Legionnaire, George Barnes, at the All Vets Club, will assume the voluntary position of President of the 28-year-old non-profit serving and honoring area veterans and their families.
As the last found director from 1998, and President for the past 18 years, Vietnam Veteran and former businessman, LeRoy Wegenast will step away from his role of leading the non-profit
The All Vets Club, located in the Stustman County War Memorial building, provides meeting and social facilities for veterans, thier families, and several community service organizations, as well as the Jamestown Drum and Bugle Corps, Jamestown Patriotic Council, DAV, VFW, American Legion and their Auxiliaries, and Ft. Seward.
The club is open to all in the community and the restaurant and lounge is open Tuesday through Saturday. Celebrating 2 years since opening in downtown Jamestown, there will be a customer appreciation night on Thursday, September 24th, starting at 5:00 with a light complimentary meal.
