PD – The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.

34 years of age, Michael Martin Brewer, lives at 455 2 St SW Jamestown, ND 58401

Brewer is a White Male, 6 feet tall, weighing 260 pounds, and has Brown eyes and Brown hair.

Mr. Brewer has been assigned a High risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

Offense: Sexual Contact with a Minor. Brewer had a 13-yr-old girl perform oral sex on him.

Conviction Date: 12/11/2009, Fall River SD Juvenile Court

Offense: Corruption/Solicitation of Minor. Brewer engaged in sexual acts with a 17-yr-old female,
including vaginal intercourse.

Conviction Date: 5/27/2014, Burleigh County District Court

Disposition: 1 year; 6 months suspended; 2 years supervised probation

Offense: Sexual Assault – Wrigley had sexual contact with a 10-year-old female and made sexual advances towards her on several occasions.

Conviction Date: 05/20/2010 in Cascade, MT juvenile court.

Disposition:  6 months supervised probation

Offense: Corruption/Solicitation of Minor. Brewer engaged in sexual acts with a 17-yr-old female.

Conviction Date: 7/09/2014, Burleigh County District Court

Disposition: 1 year; 8 months suspended; 89 days credit; unsupervised probation

Offense: Gross Sexual Imposition – 2 counts. Brewer had sexual contact with two 11-yr-old females.

Conviction Date: 6/20/2016, Burleigh County District Court

Disposition: 12 years; first serve 7 years; 277 days credit; 5 years supervised probation.

Brewer is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.  This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.  Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
