The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for three annual awards recognizing people whose leadership, service, and commitment make a difference in Jamestown.
Community members are encouraged to nominate someone for Young Professional of the Year, the Above & Beyond Award, or Outstanding Citizen of the Year. Recipients will be recognized at the Chamber’s annual awards banquet in 2027.
Young Professional of the Year honors a leader age 40 or younger who connects, inspires, and empowers others in the community. The award is managed by the Young Professionals of Jamestown.
Above & Beyond Award recognizes an individual whose leadership and service extend beyond their regular responsibilities and make a significant impact in Jamestown’s business community.
Outstanding Citizen of the Year is the Chamber’s highest honor. It recognizes someone whose lifelong efforts have improved the quality of life for people who call Jamestown home.
A strong nomination shares specific examples of the nominee’s work and explains how it has helped others. Whether through years of volunteer service, leadership at work, or efforts to bring people together, those details help tell the nominee’s story.
The Chamber will also recognize Business of the Year, selected from the 2026 Business of the Month award recipients for their business practices and community involvement.
Nomination forms are available at JamestownChamber.com or by contacting the Chamber office at 701-252-4830. Nominations are due December 11th.
