From traditional pumpkins to elaborate lighted displays,  residents are decorating their homes for Halloween this Thursday, Oct 31.   One individual,  talented & creative, with apparently too much time on his hands,  has rounded up a bunch of Zombies that are trying to get out of his garage.   The magic yellow caution tape has them contained, for the moment.    The yard is filled with tomstones and scary sounds.
