Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Oct 30, 2013) — The Jamestown Salvation Army now has the availability to purchase bus tickets, following a communication problem with Jefferson Bus Lines.
Lt. Mitch Brecto says while Jefferson Lines restarted bus service in Jamestown October 1, 2013, it was just recently that the Salvation Army has been able to purchase tickets for its clients.
Brecto says the Salvation Army is grateful that Jefferson Lines bus service is back, as homeless clients can take the bus from Jamestown to either Bismarck or Fargo, where there are more services available.
With no Jamestown office, bus tickets can be purchased on line at www.ridejeffersonlines.com or by calling 800-451-5333.
The westbound Jefferson Lines bus to Bismarck stops on First Avenue West in front of Babb’s Coffee House at 1:40 p.m. daily. The bus heading east to Fargo stops in the same location at 10:05 p.m. daily.
