WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have identified a Mississippi man killed in a construction accident southeast of Williston.

23-year-old Brandon Woodard died Aug. 28 at a Weatherford lodge construction site.

Williston Police Det. Cory Colling says the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the incident.

Weatherford spokeswoman Kelly Lawrence declined comment.

Woodard’s father, Keith Woodard, says his son had been working in North Dakota for only a week and had a wife and four children, including newborn twins.
