Police Seek Man, Arrest Warrant Pending

Jamestown (CSi) — Jamestown Police has issued an arrest warrant for a Jamestown man, 22 year-old James Wallace Abell, Jr.

Police say he is wanted for Abuse and Neglect of a Child, a Class B felony stemming from the fact that the victim is under the age of 6.

Abell Jr’s last known address was 607 2nd Street Southwest.

He has ties to Carrington and Valley City.
