Valley City (CSi) Officials report that the 2013 Barnes County Salvation Army Kettle Campaign was very successful, netting over $58,000, a new record for the campaign.

In 2012, $55,000 was raised in the annual kettle campaign.

$26,000 was collected during the 2011 Red Kettle Campaign.

Officials thank Marketplace Foods, Leever’s Foods and Shopko for donating their spaces, and volunteer bell ringers, to help make the annual fund raiser a success.
