John Johnson JPD Assistant Chief

Jamestown (CSi) A veteran of the Jamestown Police Department has been appointed Assistant Chief of Police, with the rank of Major.

John Johnson started his new position today, assisting Jamestown Police Chie Scott Edinger with administrative and supervision duties.

His duties including being in charge when Chief Edinger is on vacation or out of town on department business.

Before his appointment Johnson was sergeant and a commander on the night shift.
