2nd str SW mud 1Jamestown (CSi) Interstate Engineering reports, due to recent warmer weather and resulting freeze-thaw cycles, the bridge onacross the James River is closed and 2nd Street Southwest is closed to through traffic between 5th Avenue and 4th Avenue, Southwest.

This area is expected remain closed until further notice to allow sufficient time to make necessary repairs.
