Valley City (CSi) The Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce is encouraging businesses to consider decorating their store fronts, in White & Blue to pass along well wishes to the Valley City High School Hi-Liner Girl’s Basketball team.

The team is leaving Wednesday at noon for Minot to participate in the State Class A Basketball Tournament, on March 13th.

They will open play against the one seed from the Western conference, Bismarck High, on Thursday at 1pm.
